saya dah sihat ok!

haa..this morning i ade appointment ngan docter. imagine for the whole week i kena ulang alik ke hospital because last week i dmam my blood preasure naek meletop letop. then tadi the docter said my presure back to normal... alhamdulillah.. but gt another appoinment on this 30th if i'm not mistaken. then 2nd july. then i'm counting the days baby. got a few days before i balik puncak perdana. duhh.. sangat2 lazy mau balik sana. but my sayang already gimme the kata2 semangat..naik la sket semangat..sikit je la..hehe.. my sayang bday is around the corner. sangat pening mau bagi ape nanti.. na bagi kiss je boley? hehe.. ok folks.! thats all for today. mau layan bewitched.

btw, i dont watch football. i noe nothing bout it. and dont talk to me about world cup. yg i tau england ada beckham. tu je. ehehe.GTG. tataaaa

i'm so damn exited today..besshhh sgt dpt pegi berkelah kelahan.. dah lama gila kot ta pegy picnic..since forever! haha... mandi2, makan makan, mandi mandi, berendam2, makan makan..hehe..sampai pening pale. even my mum bising2 i da tak kesah dah..hehe..klua rumah pukul 8.30 balik pukul 10 malam...haha..my mum bising2..she said "alang kau dari johor tu pon da sampai kajang. kau tu ta sampai2 rumah lagi" hahahaha.. today i bawak RM15 je. sume habis..na topup pon da ta de dwet. sume nak layankan nafsu gajah farah yg teringin ayam golek jusco yg RM12.90 tuh.. sume kne share dwet then melantak macam bela hantu raya sume...heheheh

Just now i downloded this tv series.Before watched it, i tot it just some sort of HighScoolMusical. but after watched couple episode, i was like..nak tgk lagi boley. so now i tgh download sume episod byk2. nak tgk lagi.nak tgk lagi. all of the cast have a very good voice. Luv Kurt! to all girls yg suka nyanyi tu, i suggest u tgk this series. best tauuuuu..5 stars for this series! malas nak story lebey2. tgk sndiri la!

OLIO SPAGGETI

• 1 paket spaggeti ~ direbus dgn air & sikit minyak dan garam kemudian ditos dan digaul dgn minyak zaiton atau minyak sayur supaya x melekat.
• 3 biji cili capsicum saiz sedang warna merah, kuning dan hijau - dipotong dadu
  
• 2 batang celery ~ dipotong dadu (ganti dengan parutan dari sebiji carrot sebab anak2 tak suka celery)
• 3 ulas bawang putih..dadu halus utk menumis
• 1 1/2 sudu kecil serbuk cili (kalau xnak cili pon xpe uolz...kalau nak ltak 10 sudu pon xpe...)
• 1 sudu kecil serbuk lada hitam
• garam secukup rasa
• minyak
• 1 cawan daging kisar (uolz rebus, pastu dah kering sket ltak serbuk kari, then sikit garam...)

Cara masak:

uolz panaskan minyak, pastu tumis la bwg putih tu sampai kaler coklet, then uolz ltak sayur yang warna warni tu, then campak je daging tadi, pastu spageti, black pepper cket, pastu garam..
pastu zasss siap dah uolz...senang very2 the...campak2 je tros jadi..haha...nnti kalau myolz wat lagi, myolz upload pic lam post myolz..try tao... =)

p/s: myolz rase mcm chef wan la plak...huhuhu

wawawawawa...dak clas myolz kne organize 1 seminar ni..dengan bangganya myolz jadi ketua biro protokol..huhu...nmpk cam senang keje myolz kan...pastu tetibe myolz kene wat 1 keje yg paling berat dalam dunia ni..jadik mc utk event tu...sentappp...myolz ni dah la pemalu, pendiam, project manager suh jadi emcee plak kan...tak tido malam siapkan text utk event ni...text ala2 pengacara AF gituw...hahaha...mase mule2 tu nebes tahap cipan da lama2 tu oke..mcm tanak lepaskan mic je dowh..huhu...pic xpat upload ag...nnto kalau dah dapat pic nnti, myolz upload utk tontonan uolz eh..huhuhu...so as a conclusion, 1st event organized by ISD214A was successful... congrats uolzzz.. =
