3kg in 7 days. not bad Yana

13 Ramadhan dah. Cepatnyaaaaaa

Ok ok
Today I wanna update my weight loss program. Petang tadi pergi menimbang dekat club.
Nervous sangat ok. Sebab I dah waste 2 weeks program ni. Tak jaga makan.
So minggu lepas I diet kaw kaw disertai workout yang kaw kaw.
Guess whatttttt

I loss 3kg hockayyy.. and yang turun semua body fat. Alhamdulillah..
Berbaloi tak makan nasi ayam yang sedap mak masak semalam
Betul orang cakap. "You are what you eat."
This week is gonna be the last week to lose weight because the finale is on this 27 July.
So kena ada extra effort sikit la kan. Eh padan lah muka sape suruh menlantak tak hengat 2 minggu lepas kan..
Kalau tak menang challenge ni pon, I puas hati sebab I managed to lose weight. (: think positive.

Then, Now, Future

Oh hello there.
Tadi tengah layan hindustan. Nautanki Saala! Best jugak cerita ni. Tapi aku perasan Bollywood movies zaman sekarang dah macam Hollywood. Most of them 21 tahun ke atas je boleh tengok. Macam kurang best sikit kan.?
Tengah tengok movie tadi tiba tiba dapat hidayah nak update blog.
Actually nothing to update pun. Just wanna share with you about my stories.

THEN

Mesti you guys tertanya tanya siapa ni kan? That was me. Sebelah kiri tahun 2010 and kanan 2012. Yes I'm a Simple Plan's die hard fan. Yes. I was fat. Time ini tengah happy uols, gemok pon tak kisah.
Harini rasa nak cerita pasal diri sendiri pulak. I gotta feeling that this entry is gonna be super duper longgggggg. Eh taknak baca sudah lah. Ade ai kisah?

Ok sambung balik, time ni, kita sangat happy dengan hidup kita. Biasa lah kan, bila happy sinonimnya makan la kan. Bila tengok cermin, bermonolong dengan diri "sendiri takpe aku gemok, tapi aku kan comel cangat". haaa gitcheww think positive sangat kan? Sampai tak perasan aku dah jadi penternak lemak yang berjaya.

Pada awal February 2012, suatu incident telah berlaku. Very tragic uols. Incident apa tu biarlah aku, family, dengan kawan kawan aku jela yang tau kan. Takkan nak cerita semua dekat sini kan. It affected my life. sangat sangat ok. sangat!

The next day, I have decided to call my friend, Akira. Tu yang sebelah aku kat atas tu. That time he worked at Celebrity Fitness The Mines. Aku cakap nak register gym. Nak kurus! Thanks to him. Kalau aku takde kawan, memang tak lah nak register gym bagai.

I started working out on March 2012. Hari hari balik kerja pergi gym sebab tak boleh balik rumah. Nanti menangis. Hahaha. Ni serious ok. Aku menangis mengadu problem kat kawan aku ni sambil kayuh basikal dekat gym. Ni tak tipu ok. Tak percaya tanya Akira sendiri.  Staff dekat CF pon dah kenal aku rasanya, mana staff baru, staff lama semua aku boleh cam. Hebat tak? hahaha

Ada duit sikit, aku hired personal trainer. Jed nama diberi.  She trained me like hell man! Tapi result sangat berpuas hati. I loss around 25kg in 6 or 7 months if I'm not mistaken. Gila tak happy?  Besides that, of course la aku join workout class, main machine semua tu jugak.

I transformed. Macam transformers. From left to right. I am happy. I can't believe that I've changed. 
 Walaupun tak sampai lagi target weight, I'm happy. Speechless. Touched. *tears*

Bila tengok balik gambar lama. Rasa nak menangis. I can't believe that was me.

Fat, low self esteem, weak! Now I'm stronger than yesterday. Now it’s nothing but my way, My lonliness ain’t killing me no more I’m stronger. ok over.

But my journey will not end here. I need to shed few more kilos. Aku ada bagitau korang yang aku join Herbalife weight loss challenge kan? I've made my mind, kalau tak menang pon, I don't mind. I will still continue until I reach my target weight.

To all my friends, readers, and not forgetting to the stalkers too. Please please pray for me. Doakan saya berjaya. Aminnnn

Hurm.. I wonder how future Yana is gonna look like.Ok nak berangan jap. Eh tak. Nak sambung layan hindustang la.

First time consuming Herbalife.

Hi.
Kan dah cakap kitew akan terus update. Kitew ni berpegang padew janji taw.
Ok geli. Dah dah. diam. saya nak cerita ni.
Date: 26 June 2013 - Wednesday.
First time consume Herbalife. Eh before that mestilah korang nak tau kan aku beli products apa kan? Sengal tanak bagitau. Sila lihat bawah:-



Ok nampak tak. Benda ni je yang aku beli. Ok. Jom kite review satu per satu. Eleh ade 2 benda je pon. Takkan shaker ngan botol air tu pon aku nak review kan?

As you can see above, yes. I'm on Herbalife diet now.
Today is my first day consuming these products. Mesti ada yang tanya kenapa tiba tiba nak try Herbalife kan? *Sambil sedut-sedut herbalife tea mix* ye saya kena minum banyak air.

Dah. back to the story, actually i am one of the silent reader this blog. Her name is Sara Fadzil. At first macam biasa je baca macam tu je la kan. She always update her progress with Herbalife products. The weight loss, skin progress, and so on. Ok time ni memang dah terpengaruh. Tapi kuatkan semangat sikit sambil cakap dengan diri sendiri sabar yana sabar.

Then suddenly I saw my mak bought Herbalife shake from her colleague kat office. Dia cakap nak try sebab kawan dia lose weight. Mula mula I buat bodoh je la. Berlakon macam tak eksaited sikit pon dengan muka berlagak lagi angkuh. Then, one day I curik curik rasa mak's shake. She bought the Tropical Fruit flavor. Masa first rasa, kind of nyummeh. lagi sedap dari protein powder yang selalu I minum dulu. Ok hari hari aku curik minum Herbalife mak pastu dia perasan cepat je susut pastu dia sorok shake dia tu. ok fine ok fine aku cakap. Kedek ngan anak kandung sendiri. ok fine!

Saya Nak Kurus Week 3


Hello there.. Assalamualaikum..

Ok ni dah minggu ke 3 workout. Jumpa kawan cakap dah kurus sikit. Bangga.. 
 Penat tahan nafas kot..kikiki

Start week 3 ni dah aku dah ada workout routine. 
Cardio - 
Treadmill - 45mins
Cycle - 15 - 30mins (ikut mood)
Muscle Toning 30mins

Treadmill aku saje letak incline 8.0 and speed 4.5 above. It will burn your calories faster dan peluh mencurah2 ke ladang gandum. tapi puas.. kalau cycle 1 jam pon tak burn calories mcm treadmill.

First workout experience with Personal Trainer

Assalamualaikum...

Phewwww.. harini 1st time workout dengan PT Jed. Sumpah penat gila.! kalau buat cardio 2 jam pon tak penat macam ni kot! Jed kata ni baru intro je. ohmaigod ni baru 1st session. next month 36 sessions lagi menunggu. Peluh dia. sumpah menitik2 sampai lantai. kaki pon sakit gila. bila sembayang, time lepas sujud nak berdiri tu memang terasa sakit dia. tp nak kurus punya pasal, redha jelah!

Lepas 1/2 jam workout, kepala aku pusing gila. duduk pon tak ok jugak. then trainer aku bagi minum gatorade, baru ok sket. dia tanya makan apa tadi, then aku ckp la makan roti kol 3.30pm tadi. dia kata, kalau nak workout, kena makan 2hours before workout. Baru boleh hadam. Aku pening kepala sebab gula kurang dalam badan. Harini 1 jam je kat gym. Tu pon penat macam seminggu kat sana. Series tak larat!

Ok kawan2 yang nak kurus macam saya, I have a few tips to share with all of you:-
1) Eat at least 2 hours before you workout.
2) Kalau kepala pusing, carik isotonic drink ok. eg. gatorade, etc
3) Do not eat  carbs after 6pm
4) Kalau masuk sauna, jangan staright masuk, sejukkan badan dulu and basahkan badan baru boleh masuk!

These are a few tips that my trainer has given to me today.

Ok next session : 2 minggu lagi. Saje request lambat lambat. 2 weeks ni nak increase my stamina dulu. Bg tough sket. baru best!

Tips For Going to the Gym For the First Time

Hello people..

Sementara ade mood nak menulis ni.. lebih baik tulis sekarang. Ok. This week I went to gym for the first time. So, nak update sikit pasal experience untuk first timer macam aku ni.. lets move on.. Senang compile terus dalam 1 entry ni..

Day 1: Monday (27 February 2011)
Habis kerja pukul 4.pm. Then solat zuhur dulu, jumpa dewi amek barang. Dalam hati neves sangat ni.. maklumlah, tak pernah pegi.. takut nanti sampai sana macam orang bodoh tak tahu apa apa la pulak.. Call amir ajak teman, si kimpy tu pemalas la pulak..

Dah sampai gym, pergi kat reception counter, nasib baik kawan aku si akira tu yang attend aku. dia bagi towel, dengan locker card. best doh. mcm touch and go. tet tet locker bukak, tet tet, locker tutup. batak oh.. Lepas tu pergi tukar baju semua.

Then aku keluar. Demm.. banyaknye. confius nak mula yang mana satu. tp aku bijak, before pegi gym, aku dah google dulu 'Tips For Going to the Gym For the First Time'. BIJAK TAK? (: So aku start dengan cardio dulu. cycle 1 hour, then abs crunch ape benda nama dia. memang crunch betul perut aku. habis buat benda tu, exercise peha pulak. nama dia aku tak ingat. tapi cara dia kau kena duduk then terkangkang tolak benda berat yang nak mati tu.

Habis buat benda tu, aku pack nak balik. dah lambat. sampai kat counter nak pulang towel, akira ckp aku tak exercise sebab towel tak basah. kurang asam. aku mandi peluh ni dia tak nampak. Tak sempat nak mandi kat sana sbb takut terlepas magrib pulak nnti..

Btw lupa nak bagitau, aku pergi Celebrity Fitness kat Mines. baru je bukak, So far not bad la facility dia tapi tak lah sevouge mid valley. tapi bagi aku ok la untuk beginner macam aku ni..
