First workout experience with Personal Trainer

Assalamualaikum...

Phewwww.. harini 1st time workout dengan PT Jed. Sumpah penat gila.! kalau buat cardio 2 jam pon tak penat macam ni kot! Jed kata ni baru intro je. ohmaigod ni baru 1st session. next month 36 sessions lagi menunggu. Peluh dia. sumpah menitik2 sampai lantai. kaki pon sakit gila. bila sembayang, time lepas sujud nak berdiri tu memang terasa sakit dia. tp nak kurus punya pasal, redha jelah!

Lepas 1/2 jam workout, kepala aku pusing gila. duduk pon tak ok jugak. then trainer aku bagi minum gatorade, baru ok sket. dia tanya makan apa tadi, then aku ckp la makan roti kol 3.30pm tadi. dia kata, kalau nak workout, kena makan 2hours before workout. Baru boleh hadam. Aku pening kepala sebab gula kurang dalam badan. Harini 1 jam je kat gym. Tu pon penat macam seminggu kat sana. Series tak larat!

Ok kawan2 yang nak kurus macam saya, I have a few tips to share with all of you:-
1) Eat at least 2 hours before you workout.
2) Kalau kepala pusing, carik isotonic drink ok. eg. gatorade, etc
3) Do not eat  carbs after 6pm
4) Kalau masuk sauna, jangan staright masuk, sejukkan badan dulu and basahkan badan baru boleh masuk!

These are a few tips that my trainer has given to me today.

Ok next session : 2 minggu lagi. Saje request lambat lambat. 2 weeks ni nak increase my stamina dulu. Bg tough sket. baru best!
